eGain Releases eGain Solve for Cisco, an Embedded AI Knowledge Solution


EGain, a provider of customer engagement solutions for the cloud, is integrating its platform into Cisco, releasing eGain Solve for Cisco.

The platform is a cloud-based solution integrated with the Cisco Contact Center platform and offered as part of the Cisco SolutionsPlus program.

EGain Solve for Cisco enables Cisco Finesse voice and digital contact center agents to respond to customer inquiries by clicking the "Resolve" button inside the Finesse desktop.

Behind the scenes, the solution kicks off with the relevant context from the desktop and guides the agent through the process and content content supported.

In addition, the solution offers a proactive digital engagement with intelligent offerings and cobrowse security. Finally, the solution offers a unified analytical control panel to measure and manage omnichannel contact center operation.

The easy agent experience provides a great customer experience, said Ashu Roy, CEO of eGain.

With eGain Solve for Cisco, customers can easily accelerate the transformation of the contact center into the Cisco platform with cloud-based innovation through knowledge, AI and analytics, according to Chris Botting, general manager, Cisco client.
